What you’ll be doing Your main accountabilities will be: Lead and deliver the IT workstreams of the ETRM Transformation programme for the Global Products business in Trading and Supply. Ensure strategic IT programme planning, stakeholder alignment, risk and change management, and value realization across a complex, multi-functional IT landscape in line with Shell’s business goals, technology standards and operational excellence. Manage multiple interdependent workstreams across business and IT, identifying and managing risks and dependencies – particularly critical to understand and manage the interconnectivity of the LoaD (Life of a Deal) applications. Drive the implementation of the target ETRM solution coordinating across Products, Supply, Commercial Operations, Shipping and Finance domains of the Trading business Integrate legacy system learnings and data initiatives into the new platform Oversee business process reengineering to align with new ETRM and connected portfolio system capabilities and trading workflows – facilitating agreements between different businesses on process change What you bring We seek seasoned Programme Management professionals with deep expertise in delivering complex transformation initiatives within the Trading and Supply domain, leveraging modern technologies and strong leadership capabilities. Key Dimensions of Proficiency: Programme & Project Delivery: Proven ability to manage highly complex programmes using both agile and waterfall methodologies, spanning multiple financial years and impacting multiple lines of business, including business restructuring or operating model changes. Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial systems, with a strong understanding of trading operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the Trading LoaD process. Technology Skills: Advanced knowledge of ETRM platforms (preferably Endur) and their implementation, alongside modern technology capabilities in AI, data, and analytics. Professional & Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management, combined with the ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes and enable value creation. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strategic thinking, business-value orientation, and storytelling to influence and drive outcomes. Skills & Requirements: Experience: Highly experienced in IT, with extensive years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects and programmes. Education & Certifications: Degree educated with a commitment to lifelong learning; Programme Management certification (ideally PMP®) and Agile certification. Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with Shell’s programme governance, IDT structures, and business integration models. Desirable: Knowledge of the Products Trading business.
