What you'll do Develop, manage, and optimize reporting solutions for client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant analytics platforms Interpret complex datasets to produce clear, meaningful reports tailored to client needs Act as the key reporting contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded Project manage the BI element of wider projects using collaboration tools such as Jira, workfront whilst keeping the client informed and engaged throughout the iterative development cycle Collaborate with internal teams (account management, data, and strategy teams) to align reporting outputs with business objectives Train and mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and fostering a data-driven culture Support the sales process by demonstrating how technology and process tackle MI and BI challenges What we are looking for in you 5+ years in a data/reporting analyst role, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and Excel Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data topics for diverse audiences Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines efficiently Knowledge of Industry Metrics: Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) in marketing, finance, or other relevant industries Familiarity with an array of project management techniques A few of the benefits You'll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, and free access to LinkedIn learning 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days) We also offer the opportunity to volunteer for up to 2 days per year and tend to close down the agency between Christmas and New Years You'll have a hybrid working schedule, with flexible start/end hours Inclusion and Diversity At Dentsu, we embrace diversity and inclusion, valuing the unique perspectives and contributions of every individual.
