Are you ready to lead customer excellence and strengthen global supply chains? As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant in our Felixstowe office, you’ll ensure outstanding client and stakeholder experiences while driving operational performance. You’ll act as the first point of escalation, coach team members, and deliver continuous improvement across workflows and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure KPIs are met Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Drive process optimisation and automation Monitor financial workflows and resolve issues Collaborate with global teams and manage offshoring transitions Support onboarding and identify business development opportunities What you bring: Proven experience in supply chain, ocean or logistics operations Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills GCSS and case management expertise Proficiency in Microsoft Office Operational and financial acumen Customs process awareness (nice to have) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What we offer: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy or sell 5 days Hybrid working after probation (2 days office / 3 days home) Annual bonus and pension scheme Family-friendly benefits and retailer discounts Access to mental and financial health tools via our Employee Assistance Program Short-term incentives for eligible roles to recognise outstanding results Ready to make an impact?
