Senior Content Manager, Paid Ads (Data + AI Native)

After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior Content Manager, Paid Ads (Data + AI Native) to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring. In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup. About the role: Mission: Own paid ads creative end to end. Use data and AI to consistently ship, test, and scale high-performing ads that drive revenue. Core Responsibilities Creative Strategy * Turn growth goals (CAC, ROAS) into clear creative hypotheses and tests. End-to-End Execution * Own briefing, production, launch, and iteration of paid creatives. * Manage freelancers, creators, agencies, and AI tools. * Maintain high creative velocity. Performance & Optimization * Analyze creative performance at a granular level (hook, message, format). * Kill losers fast, scale winners aggressively. * Own CTR, CVR, CPA/CAC, creative ROAS. AI-Driven Production * Use AI for ideation, scripting, copy, variants, and localization. * Build repeatable AI workflows to increase output and speed. Testing & Learning * Run a structured creative testing framework. * Document learnings and turn them into playbooks. Cross-Functional Work * Partner with growth, product, brand, and data teams. * Feed performance insights back into strategy and product. * What we are looking for from you: Requirements * 4–7 years in paid ads creative or growth for mobile apps * Proven performance-driven mindset * Strong data literacy * Hands-on AI tools usage, experience with automating pipelines using AI * High ownership, low ego * Ready for hard work Why should you join Praktika: We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it.
