From crafting compelling written content to coordinating digital marketing communications and events, you'll play a vital role in supporting our communications and marketing strategies. What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience in public relations, communications, journalism or marketing within architecture, design, urban design or publishing. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, architecture, or English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Exceptional written and visual communication skills. Experience planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across websites, email and social media (including analytics). Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering results. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines both independently and collaboratively. Natural storytelling ability that brings design projects to life. Enthusiasm for design and the built environment. Key Responsibilities Create compelling content – Write and produce materials for outreach, social media, and presentations that showcase our work and expertise. Tell our story – Identify narrative opportunities across projects and develop proactive communications and thought leadership content. Manage eCRM – Coordinate newsletters and maintain distribution lists. Thought leadership – Work with teams to develop articles, and speaking opportunities that position us as industry leaders on topics that matter to our clients. Promote our achievements – Identify and track award opportunities, preparing submissions that highlight our design innovation and talented people. Digital channels – manage website updates, social media posting and analytics reporting. Coordinate events - Help bring our work to life through engaging events. Facilitate internal communications – Keep our teams connected and informed.
