Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking one Senior Clinical Account Manager for France, within our Clinical Sequencing Division (CSD) European Sales team. This remote, field-based role offers a unique opportunity to support our organization's strong growth. Bring your curiosity for healthcare standards, guidelines, and reimbursement processes—and help us make a real impact on patient care. A Day in a Life: Promote NGS clinical solutions to existing and new customers (academic/private medical & testing centers, routine & pathology testing labs, hospitals..). Handle opportunity pipeline from initial contact to contract signing. Handle regional forecasts, achieve revenue targets, and conduct regular business reviews with senior management. Maintain accurate customer information through Thermo Fisher Scientific CRM (Salesforce). Understand the local clinical landscape and develop strategies for business growth in targeted accounts. Improve customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions with key customer initiatives. Maintain relationships with key Thermo Fisher Scientific partners. Work independently in the field. Deliver excellent business presentations, listening, and influencing skills. Job Duties: Promote new clinical solutions at customer sites and conferences/user meetings. Drive successful technology adoption in applied markets and explore potential pre-clinical and clinical applications. Build and maintain strong, positive long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Respond urgently to customer requests and issues. Maintain consistent communication with counterparts and align with other teams in the company. Develop and maintain the CRM database. Travel estimated at 50-75%. Keys to Success: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, or MS degree in Life Sciences. Equivalent experience considered. Demonstrable success in complex selling in the healthcare market (in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals). Validated experience in NGS sequencing and molecular biology. Understanding of healthcare industry standards, guidelines, and environments. Diligent with the ability to understand and articulate scientific literature and clinical data.
