Our Senior Client Service Manager ensures the day to day relationship and services we provide to our clients is best in class, managing multiple clients with changing demands, working strategically across the organisation to deliver the best outcomes What you’ll do Manage and develop positive relationships with our strategic clients within a team environment, being their first point of contact in the business Ensure end-to-end new and existing services provided to our clients are functioning as expected, meeting contracted service levels (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards Responsible for ensuring operational teams and processes are fully engaged in support to the client Accountable for the delivery of a high quality service in order to meet or exceed client expectations at all times What experience you need Experience within a client service management role, handling multiple complex clients Strong experience of making decisions and actions within a variety of work streams Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Ability to Influence and negotiate at senior and executive level Ability to overcome obstacles and identify solutions that support both client & business interests Knowledge of Microsoft & Google tools What could set you apart Experience within a client or vendor service and/or relationship management role Experience within Financial Services or Debt Services / Recovery / Collections preferred The Perks of being a Equifax Employee?
