This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role. You will own the North American business development motion end to end, driving pipeline creation, shaping go-to-market strategy, and closing complex B2B deals with large energy consumers. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as a market expert and strategic partner to our global sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams.

What about the role?
You’ll play a key role in growing E&C’s footprint in North America by:
Owning business development in North America: driving and executing E&C’s outbound and inbound growth strategy across the North American energy market
Driving pipeline & revenue growth: build, manage and convert a robust sales pipeline - managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and deal execution
Market analysis: analyzing trends, opportunities, and competitors within the energy risk management and energy technology space
Market and Account strategy: Identify target segments, priority accounts, and growth opportunities based on deep understanding of regional energy markets and customer needs
Brand ambassadorship: representing E&C Consultants at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and build brand awareness (with much help of our marketing team, no worries!)
