You will have: Proven experience delivering technology or AI driven change within Agile environments. Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Experience of collaborating with cross functional offshore development teams ensuring clarity, quality and delivery at pace. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels Adaptability and learning agility in a fast moving environment where AI capabilities.
