Role summary The AI IT Business Analyst (AI IT BA) plays a key role in identifying, defining and delivering AI/ML driven solutions that create a measurable business impact. Working across Kaplan’s business and technology functions you will turn ideas into practical implementations, ensuring solutions are effective, ethical and aligned with our strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Business Analyst with a focus on emerging technology, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. You will combine business analysis expertise with interest in emerging AI technologies turning ideas into measurable outcomes. You will have: Proven experience delivering technology or AI driven change within Agile environments. Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Experience of collaborating with cross functional offshore development teams ensuring clarity, quality and delivery at pace. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels Adaptability and learning agility in a fast moving environment where AI capabilities.
