The brands will now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.    The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence with the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.  Job DescriptionAs an Senior Assistant Buyer for Topshop Topman, you’ll play a key role in developing amazing product and building fashion-forward, commercial ranges that deliver against sales and margin targets. You’ll work closely with your Buyer, Design, Technical and Merchandising teams, as well as suppliers and brands, to create ranges loved by our 20-something customer. This is a fast-paced, creative role where you’ll influence trends, negotiate with suppliers, and help shape the Topshop Topman product offering.The DetailsYou’ll support the Buyer in sourcing and developing products, oversee fittings and sample approvals, and help create a fashion-forward range with constant newness. You’ll also manage the critical path, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to department strategy by identifying risks and opportunities.Negotiate cost prices and delivery dates while maintaining excellent supplier relationshipsWork closely with Design and Merchandising teams to build ranges, analyse sales data and agree actionsPresent insights on trends and competitor activity to inform decisionsInfluence trading decisions and optimise sales performanceSupport Fashion with Integrity initiatives and ethical sourcing considerationsOversee training and development of Buying Assistants within the teamChampion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies across everything you doWe believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team.
