Position Overview: The AIR MILES Reward Program Analytics & Insights practice is looking for a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an analytics practitioner with a blend of proficient technical skills and strong business acumen. The Senior Analyst plays a key role in the application & execution of consumer data and analytics to support the development of customer-centric business strategies and Loyalty Marketing for our clients Responsibilities: Applies subject matter expertise in customer loyalty, marketing analytics and technical aptitude across the AMRP analytics stack Contribute to all phases of campaign management (ideation, planning, targeting, measurement, recommendation) with a focus in pre-analysis and post-analysis Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners at multiple levels to understand business needs and maximize team impact Effectively manage analytics projects independently, including clearly defining scope, objectives, targeting & measurement strategy & communication plan Conduct timely customer analysis and campaign measurement to identify opportunities for clients to maximize the use of AIR MILES Reward Program to drive incremental sales & customer loyalty Advanced storyteller who builds a compelling story, presents analyses and facilitates a strategic conversation with a broad set of internal & external stakeholders Automate and make process and tool improvement suggestions to drive operational efficiency Actively contribute to the development, sharing and implementation of best practices and institutional knowledge across the department Act as a mentor & thought leader to facilitate development of analysts in the department Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of directly related work experience in analytics, customer loyalty, marketing, retail, financial / insurance (2-4 years preferred range) Problem solving skills coupled with the “can do” attitude Hands-on proficient experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau an asset Knowledge in direct marketing, campaign management, experimental design, customer analytics, CRM, segmentation, modeling Retail and merchandising industry knowledge a definite advantage A strategic/analytical thinker who can link assigned tasks to the bigger picture Strong organizational, time management and communication skills (verbal and written) Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position. AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
