The London office (currently 145+ staff) seeks to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic, and competent finance professional to fill a recently upgraded role within the accounting team. The accounting team in London are responsible for the London, India (new) and KSA (new TBC) operations and deal with all aspects of accounting / finance management including project finances and planning. The purpose of the role is to supervise key areas of the accounting department and support the accounting team where necessary. The role is varied and offers the right candidate an opportunity to gain experience in different areas of accounting. The role reports into the Finance Manager, who will also delegate work, as necessary. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) self-motivated, adaptable and able to work to deadlines, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in the architecture industry and previous exposure to FX is highly desirable but not essential. Responsibilities: Clients / Projects Full project accounting responsibilities for one large new project in the KSA starting in January 2026. Financial maintenance of the accounts receivable. Financial maintenance of the fee forecast projection. Responsibility for uploading accounts receivable documents via client portals such as SAP Ariba. Preparation and issuing of fee invoices, credit notes and statements. Preparation and issuing of reimbursable travel invoices and reimbursable consultant invoices. Attending monthly meetings with project managers regarding outstanding debtor account balances, fee schedules, project billing, project performance and plans. Attend fortnightly PM meeting + produce finance summary for discussion. Maintain contract management tab in Deltek to reflect new projects won / fee. Project detail reports requests. Vendors Monthly analysis of KPF travel invoice to mark up those which need to be invoiced to clients. Keep track and maintain a database of projects which reference amounts of trips allowed / to be taken by architectural phase. Full project analysis via Project Detail report in Deltek of reimbursable project costs. Accounts Management of fee accounting. Transfer Pricing Policy (TPP) - prepare schedule, create Deltek sales + AP invoices in both KPF London (KPFI) + KPF New York (KPFA) and post. Prepare percentage of completion (POC) schedule. Fixed assets - prepare schedule and post journal. Monthly + YTD cash reporting (spend / receipts). Maintain prepayment tracking and schedule spreadsheet. Prepayment, accruals + other journal postings to Deltek. Support the maintenance of intercompany schedules. Assist with year-on-year variance analysis on trial balance accounts. Corporate Tax Contact each Indian client to obtain (TDS) withholding tax certificates on each payment made to KPFI + KPFA. Pass on information annually to external accountants in India. Assist with corporate tax submittals in India and KSA. Other Assisting the accounting team as and when needed. Future growth opportunity for various KPF payrolls.
