Ready to get started? Drug Substance Manufacturing - Biologics part of the CMC Mammalian Platform is located in Vitry R&D. This GMP Unit is in charge of the early clinical supply of API derived from mammalian cells along with the manufacturing testing and storage of Mammalian & GMU cell banks. Main responsibilities: Drive innovation translation in GMP Manufacturing Lead major CAPEX projects and ensure on time/on budget execution of all investments Develop and drive a manufacture performance improvement plan and associated Dashboard & KPI Contribute to the strategic capacity plan About you Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proven track record in leading and implementing successful improvement projects in GMP manufacturing environments. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. International experience in Biotech company Soft and technical skills: Technical background in bioprocess equipment design, GMP expertise. Excellent project management and leadership abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills Education: PhD or Master's degree in Biotechnology Languages: Fluency in French and English Why choose us?
