That’s the power of plus.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SEA Manager to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.   Your Tasks Plan, develop and manage SEA/PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platformsContinuously optimise account structure, keyword portfolio, product feed, audiences, ad copies, promotions, landing pages and bidding strategies according to top-level and country specific strategies and targetsManage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROIMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations   Conduct advanced analysis and leverage data insights to inform decision-marking, identify trends and uncover hidden growth and optimization opportunities  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Digital Marketing (SEO, Affiliate, Display), Sales, Promotions, Graphics, and Analytics, to create cohesive and successful marketing campaigns  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SEA/PPC QualificationsProfound professional experience (3+ years) in paid online marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads  University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields  Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and confidence in data-driven decision-making  Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, SA360  Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style  High level of initiative, accountability, reliability, and a self-motivated, driven personality Language skills: fluent in English; additional languages, especially French, are a plusAdditional InformationHeadquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, we collaborate because we genuinely love working together - so you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team.
