This is an undergraduate 12 Month placement starting in the Summer of 2026. About the Role Within this 12-months undergraduate programme you will be part of, and collaborate with regional marketing and technical commercial teams. You will support them in contributing to business opportunities. You will achieve this by partnering with teams from different departments to translate scientific information, to non-technical audiences within Colorcon and for customers and influencers. You will contribute to enhance the product positioning and differentiation bringing that message to market with the support of the marketing team. We are actively looking for STEM students that has ability and talent to understand and translate scientific information, technical data into a compelling story (pushed to market through digital), enabling effective and efficient communication to market and lead generations (qualification / conversion) . We are looking for individuals who not only have a strong technical background but also have a genuine enthusiasm for commercialising their skills. Eligibility: Undergraduate students from UK universities seeking a 12-month placement (Summer 2026 – Summer 2027). Passion for healthcare: Bringing commercial acumen that will help better qualification of new business opportunities (Marketing leads). Communication: Confident in speaking with a range of stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams. Strong collaborator: Enthusiastic about engaging with potential clients virtually, via email, and social media. Initiative & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic. IT proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook. Digital proficiency and Social media experience.
