Key Responsibilities:

• Patient appointment scheduling within our dental practices, including
• Answering phone calls, voicemails and emails,
• Accurately collecting patients' information,
• Booking new and existing patient appointments,
• Confirming appointments,
• Handling cancellations, and ensuring smooth
• Patient flow by coordinating with the dental team to optimize the schedule

Requirements:

• Bilingual - Spanish/English
• Excellent Communication skills - Clear and concise communication with patients and team members
• Precise Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in scheduling information and data entry
• Problem-solving Abilities - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively
• Adaptability - Flexibility to adjust schedules based on changing circumstances or priorities
• Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple offices' schedule protocols effectively
• Passion for Teamwork - Positivity, respect, accountability, reliability, time management, interpersonal skills
• Technical Proficiency - Ability to learn and utilize scheduling software and tools efficiently
