Overview 407 ETR is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager (Contract) who will be responsible for the development and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and leverage a combination of MarTech, analytical, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities Design, execute and optimize complex automated Salesforce campaigns: Develop responsive, accessible, and mobile-optimized emails using HTML, CSS, MJML, and AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Develop and manage email templates and reusable modular templates and content blocks in Email Studio and Content Builder Build and maintain CloudPages, including dynamic landing pages and preference centers leveraging AMPscript, HTML, and JavaScript Troubleshoot, QA and resolve email rendering, formatting, and data issues across devices, browsers, and platforms and collaborate on code review best practices Implement advanced AMPscript and SSJS for complex dynamic personalization, data integration, and logic across emails and CloudPages Use Journey Builder and automation for seamless customer experiences Collaborate with team members to translate strategic briefs into high-performing campaign assets and optimize journeys, templates, and campaigns Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve results and drive growth Develop and execute marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels and drive customer loyalty and growth Conduct research, analysis, and testing to gain insights, understand customer behaviour and shape marketing strategy Stay abreast of trends and best practices to inform strategies and campaigns Provide insight and marketing expertise for department planning, roadmap development and executive reporting Qualifications A university degree 5 years’ experience and at least 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with relevant certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual) Highly collaborative team player with a learning and growth mindset Strong project management skills and attention to detail About 407 ETR Highway 407 ETR is an all-electronic open-access toll highway located in the Greater Toronto Area.
