THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. You will primarily work with Incubation & platforms products covering digital marketing & commerce platform and digital tools for business WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU As a Primary Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will also bring expertise in job scheduling and orchestration, ensuring seamless integration and automation across platforms. Key Responsibilities: •Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and global tech standards •Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud •Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments •Collaborate with squads to define technical components and select optimal solutions •Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs, middleware, and job scheduling tools •Design and manage job scheduling workflows (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or native Salesforce schedulers) •Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce features •Support incident resolution and performance optimization •Recommend technical roadmap and reduce technical debt •Share architectural best practices and contribute to cross-platform initiatives If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!
