If you know your way around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and may be Marketo, and you enjoy working across departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, this is your chance to make a real difference. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day management of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Marketo Create smart, scalable solutions through automations, dashboards, low-level designs, and workflow optimization Collaborate with global teams in an Agile setup to support the installation and configuration of Salesforce tools across the business Deliver clear, user-friendly features that support lead management, opportunities, and quoting Proactively improve the system—think beyond fixes: design tools and flows that make everyone’s life easier Offer training and support to empower users, reduce manual processes, and ensure high adoption Act as a bridge to global Salesforce projects and interfaces What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud A strong grip on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality Hands-on skills with dashboards, reports, and low-code automation Understanding of data integrity, user support, and system configuration Experience working in an Agile environment A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work across multiple business units Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification Why Join ZEISS?
