Job Summary The Sales Trainer will deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for SHI employees, using varied methods to suit different learning styles. This role involves creating and updating content on sales skills, onboarding programs, technology, internal systems, and professional development. The trainer will design courses using video, documentation, and practical exercises, maintain training records and metrics, and continuously improve learning effectiveness. They will also provide feedback, coaching, and collaborate across teams to enhance training delivery. Role Description Conduct dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions for SHI employees. Facilitate learning through classroom, virtual, and blended approaches. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales skills, customer-centric selling, and onboarding programs. Develop and present content on sales methodology, technology, internal systems, and professional development. Create new courses using diverse formats (video, documentation, role-play). Update and maintain training curricula aligned with business goals and best practices. Organise content in platforms such as SHI Learn, Brainshark, and SharePoint. Track course completion, assessment scores, and other key metrics. Identify skill gaps and align training to KPIs (quota attainment, ramp-up time). Support adoption of sales tools and processes to improve productivity. Provide feedback and coaching to employees and collaborate with L&D teams. Assess training effectiveness using data and feedback for continuous improvement. Behaviours and Competencies Engaging Facilitation & Presentation: Confident and adaptable in leading sessions. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams. Detail-oriented with accuracy and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Training, L&D, Sales Enablement, or Sales roles. Other Requirements Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
