Role: The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting EXFO’s EMEA sales organization in selling solutions within the Test and Measurement Division, working within the Isales team. Most of the daily tasks will be pre sales, working with the Sales team and the Customer supporting them to the end goal of a sale. The team is a global team and share many processes and tasks. Daily tasks Support the E.ME.A & UK sales team with their requests Provide support with Supplier questionaires, tenders & RFQ's Liaise with our legal team in Canada to enable onboarding of Customer contracts Work with the sales team on Customer portals Understand fully the internal system, Cloud 4 Customer, and the quoting system CPQ/C4C Be part of the deal review process Create any quotes as requested by the Sales team Be the point of contact for any pre sales queries Pricing, have knowledge of all the pricelists Skills required knowledge of C4C or CRM system expert within the microsoft suite including Teams Methodical approach Collaborative with all types of employees at all types of levels Background knowledge of Telecoms industry Nice to have skills Knowledge of SAP Degree in Electronic engineering or equivalent work experience Languages
