Job Title Sales Operations Excellence Business Partner- Image Guided Therapy – Device System Sales Job Description The DSS (Device Systems Sales) Business Excellence Business Partner reports to Senior Director of IGT Commercial Excellence and Strategy. This role will be an integral partner to the existing Business Excellence team supporting Fixed Systems, Mobile Surgery, and Procedural solutions. Your role: Revenue and order intake forecasting, including validation of forecasts and targets through collaboration with horizontal sales and operational partners Salesforce.com funnel and opportunity management, including hygiene & best practices Partnering with the Device Systems Sales leadership to execute daily management Execution of business deep-dives and creation of insights and analytics Presentation of insights and strategy to senior leadership Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators Providing inputs and requirements to IT partners developing tooling and dashboards Design of sales territories in close partnership with sales and operations partners Support of sales incentive execution, providing analytics and insights to develop motivational compensation plans and fair & equitable quota distribution You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree required Experience with analytical and insight tools and such as Python, Qlik, Tableau, Sales Force 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in analytical function such as sales operations, marketing, or finance Deep analytical skillset and comfort with mathematical modeling Demonstrated experience leading and executing operational processes Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team Excellent communication and facilitation skills Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner Experience with sales territory and compensation design and administration Able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $128,000 to $149,000 The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $135,000 to $157,000 The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $141,000 to $165,000 The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $151,000 to $176,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
