Base Pay Range: $70,200-$85,000 As a Sales Operations Analyst I, your essential job functions will include the following: Gather, Manage and Understand Data Define the goals of analysis activities, and coordinate the collection of appropriate data from databases—understand and assess business situations from an information perspective Evaluate, improve, and build on existing information schemas—work to make operations data accessible and useful across the sales team Collaborate with sales team members to identify and pursue performance opportunities Reporting & Support Interpret reports and assist sales staff and sales management in understanding underlying data and analysis Support the account maintenance process to ensure all information is accurate and available Maintain & audit critical sales data through the appropriate IT systems and departments Take ownership of assigned areas for reporting and analysis Internal end-user point-of-contact for ad hoc information requests—assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics Support the automation of reporting, and the building of new metrics and dashboards Support the sales team with data questions and/or issues that need resolution Facilitation and Implementation Work collaboratively with members of the sales team to analyze data and possible implications - what's the situation mean & what to do Contribute to the evaluation and development of new capabilities Assist with initiatives to enhance, improve or correct system functionality Participate in the development and pilot of sales processes, approaches and methods to understand what works and help determine long term solutions to support the sales team Help facilitate group meetings, coordinate feedback, testing and promotion in support of projects Other Duties as Assigned Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related field 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred Ability to work as a team player towards mutual goals Well organized, self-starter who eagerly approaches new challenges Demonstrates good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and time management skills Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in rapidly changing business environment Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Experience with programming languages for statistics and automation (R or Python) is a plus Familiarity with data-access languages (SQL, SOQL) is a plus Familiarity with OBIEE, Salesforce or Google Analytics platforms is a plus Competencies Required Problem Solving Agility Initiative Communication Relationship Building Physical Job Requirements Continuous viewing from and inputting to a computer screen Sitting for long periods of time Travel as necessary, <10% Drug Policy Dealer Tire is a drug-free environment. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
