Then the Sales Executive position at MD7 – or as we call it, Lease Consultant – could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll have the chance to reach your full potential thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure. As a Lease Consultant, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the lease agreements. DAY-TO-DAY Communication with landlords: Negotiating lease agreements via phone and attempting to establish contact with landlords Preparation for landlord conversations: Reviewing and researching existing and/or new lease agreements using various databases and software systems Data maintenance: Entering and updating data Proposal creation: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post
