Your tasks Establish and maintain main account relationships especially within the territory including distributors Identify key areas of influence within the defined accounts, identify decision makers and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages presented by Hongfa’s product line Enlarge the customer base by applying continuous prospection of the territory. Together with the Sales Manager and Team Leader, put forward a comprehensive account strategy in order to reach and exceed the sales target Lead and drive the follow-up and closing of major deals through business development Continuously analyse the market with regards to opportunities and projects Present the Hongfa’s value proposition to the customer Permanently maintain CRM and in SAP the relevant Sales input e.g. monthly FC-update, etc Forecasting and Business/Budget-Planning (in SAP) Reporting on Sales results Travel on a regular basis to the customers, fairs, factory and other necessary meetings Your profile Ideally, you have completed a Master's degree in electrical engineering, switchgear technology or mechatronics. Very good command of written and spoken English and Spanish (fluent in negotiation) Any additional knowledge of foreign languages would be an advantage Strong technical skills achieved through a bachelor degree in engineering or similar technical background More than 3 years professional experience Fluent English skills, other language skills would be an advantage Intercultural skills, Presentation and Management skills Ability to manage the selling process, consisting of engagement at all levels, from engineering & technical teams to senior management - including an understanding of when and why Good negotiation skills Team player and strong communicator Excellent interpersonal skills Enthusiastic High level of energy and dynamic, self-driven personality Self-motivation, confident Ability to set and achieve goals Why us?
