This role offers the opportunity to support sales and client engagement through expert business analysis and enablement. You will work closely with client-facing teams to prepare tailored presentations, assist in deal structuring, and support revenue-generating activities. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will play a key part in ensuring client-facing teams have the insights, materials, and analysis required to deliver exceptional service and business outcomes. Collaboration across teams and clear communication will be essential in driving success in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. \n Accountabilities Create and tailor professional sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and sector-specific insights. Assist in deal structuring and prepare documentation for internal approvals. Conduct deal analysis and post-mortem reviews to identify areas for improvement across the sales lifecycle. Support ad hoc sales initiatives, including managing client administration, account plans, and meeting coordination. Provide project management support for client RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and similar requests. Resolve queries and provide analytical support to sales and relationship managers. Requirements 5–7 years of post-graduate professional experience, ideally in sales enablement, business analysis, or related functions. Proven project management experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong presentation design skills and attention to aesthetics and accuracy. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams and multiple regions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in client reporting or analysis is an advantage. Knowledge of sectors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Pension Funds, or Alternatives is a plus.
