Strong ability to manage to KPIs across all areas of the SDR function. Proactive approach to problem identification and problem solving. Strong understanding of telebusiness operations with an ability to understand and analyse the industry and the market and confidence operating in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to align other departments within their organisations to deliver revenue and sales growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential. 3-5 years experience in Sales/Business Development management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage. Fluency to a native-standard in English is essential. Additional language European language is adventageous.
