Parlons de ce poste ! En tant que Sales Coordinator, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans la coordination de l’équipe de vente et la gestion opérationnelle du corner. Tu soutiendras le Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) dans le pilotage des performances commerciales, le développement des talents et la mise en œuvre d’une expérience client exceptionnelle. Tes missions principales : Leadership & Animation d’équipe Encadrer, motiver et coacher l’équipe de vente au quotidien. (Équipe de 3 personnes) Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à l’évaluation des collaborateurs. Contribuer à créer un environnement de travail positif, collaboratif et inspirant. Opérations & Gestion commerciale Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et de propreté du corner. Suivre les performances de vente, les besoins en stock et les livraisons. Gérer les tâches administratives et assurer la bonne communication avec le siège. Service client & Image de marque Garantir un service client irréprochable à chaque visite. Être ambassadeur/drice de l’univers Vans : mode, style de vie et valeurs de la marque. Garantir le Merchandising/display produits en magasin (rotation hebdomadaire) Comment ferez-vous la différence ? Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la vente et la coordination d’équipe. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer. Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome. Vous êtes passionné(e) par la mode, la culture urbaine et l’univers Vans.
