Role Overview You will support our Endoscopy Sales Representatives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders. Working closely alongside experienced sales professionals, you will help drive customer education, engagement, and ultimately business growth. This role offers a fantastic entry point into med-tech sales, giving you hands-on experience across theatre environments while you learn and develop. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing a growth plan for a defined territory (Scotland) Support the organisation and delivery of training sessions and workshops on Stryker’s Endoscopy Visualisation products to surgeons, nurses, and theatre practitioners. Manage day-to-day account activities: addressing stock and instrument needs and ensuring customers have what they need. Help maintain strong customer service levels by building relationships with hospital staff, understanding their needs, and responding to their requests promptly and professionally. Monitor consignment stock levels, conduct theatre audits, and use digital tools (e.g., iPad app) to manage inventory. Assist with product trials and evaluations in clinical settings. Collaborate on business planning: record customer interactions, set weekly/monthly goals, and prioritise opportunities. Uphold Stryker’s ethical standards in all interactions, acting with integrity, respect, and professionalism. What You’ll Learn Sales fundamentals: from pitching and negotiating to closing and territory management. The science behind endoscopy equipment, including devices, consumables, and systems. How to run engaging and effective workshops and surgical training. Inventory management and hospital supply chain logistics. How to support product evaluations and trials in real clinical environments. Who You Are You hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in science, business, or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn. Excellent presentation skills. A genuine interest in anatomy, physiology, and healthcare. Highly motivated: a self-starter with ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset. Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across your territory. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
