What you will do:Support the team:Handle data entry, organise leads, and assist in preparing proposals for a wide range of projects.Be the first point of contact:Answer calls, support client enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer care.Collaborate on larger projects:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the sales team to help convert business.Drive growth:Use tools such as Monday.com, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to support outreach activity and help build strong client relationships.Stay organised:Manage meetings, keep the CRM up to date, and assist with preparing reports to track progress against goals.Engage clients:Follow up for reviews, build rapport, and support customer satisfaction from first interaction to project delivery.
