As our Rota Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every shift is covered and every colleague knows where they need to be. You’ll keep our electronic rota system accurate, respond quickly to changes, and ensure managers and colleagues have the clarity they need. When unexpected challenges arise, you’ll stay calm, find solutions, and keep the service running seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing Keeping the electronic rota system up to date with accurate staff schedules and care documentation Ensuring colleagues and managers are informed about shift patterns and any changes Responding promptly to rota queries, balancing service needs with colleague wellbeing Making timely adjustments to cover absences and maintain safe staffing levels Monitoring, collating, and processing timesheets for payroll Providing professional administration and reception support to the home Building positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors What You’ll Get In Return Joining St Monica Trust means becoming part of a values-led organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do.
