POSITION: Retoucheur / Retoucheuse en boutique JOB MISSION: Perform garment sewing activities to carry out repairs or alterations, adapting clothes to the customer's body shape using available sewing equipment. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform modifications and adjustments to ready-to-wear items, ensuring quality and adherence to established timelines. • Ensure alteration services, such as measurements and adjustments, are carried out. • Iron and steam garments before delivering them to the customer. • Support Client Advisor colleagues during sales by providing customers with advice on fit and garment care. • Stay informed about styles, fabrics, and fit to provide customers with excellent service. • Check the appointment schedule to organize and ensure that all activities are completed before scheduled customer meetings. • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
