We’re looking for a Retirement Income Proposition Development Analyst to join our team and help in establishing, implementing and improving the delivery of our retirement income propositions into new and existing markets About Just We help people achieve a better later life. Key Responsibilities Dive into our operating model that enables an end-to-end quote and apply journey through a digital portal or platform. Spot friction points throughout the journeys and work with partners to make enhancements that really improve the customer experience. Develop test strategies for technology enhancements and cross part testing with partners, as well as conduct UAT and sign off for digital portal developments Collaborate on test plans for new features and coordinate cross-party testing. Keep us compliant with industry standards and act as the go-to expert for tech partner queries. Act as SME for responding to both new and existing business inquiries from our technology partners. Participate in industry discussions to improve the customer journey. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and oversee contracts. Handle defect management and resolve day-to-day queries with back-office teams. Skills and Experience Previous experience in creating scenarios and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) Previous experience in projection management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of UK retirement products or financial intermediary distribution channels Ability to identify, mitigate and manage operational risk Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Desirable but not essential: Experience in XML, JSON messaging service or platform integration Our behaviours At Just you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career, whilst making a difference to the lives of those around you.
