Retail Intern, EMEA Location: London Head Office Department: EMEA Retail Reports to: Retail Business Coordinator, EMEA. --- Overview: As the Retail Intern, you will play a supporting role in the execution of retail strategies and assisting in the process of bringing these initiatives to life. This role offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, working closely with the EMEA retail management team and cross-functional departments including CRM & Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Operations, Finance, HR, and Visual Merchandising. --- Key Responsibilities: Operational Support · As a priority in the role, collate and maintain retail catalogues to enhance Retail sales channels including virtual sales, working alongside other departments to bring the strategy to life, ensuring to maintain brand guidelines and visual standards. · Provide operational support to the store network for ad hoc requests. · Collaborate with the EMEA Retail management team to support day-to-day store operations. · Support in the roll-out of strategic initiatives for the region. Reporting & Analysis · Assist in monitoring key performance indicators through analysis of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including scorecards and monthly employee KPI reports. · Maintain internal documentation and support logistics for team meetings, retail events and training sessions. · Support the coordination of store performance surveys and feedback collection, consolidating findings for the Retail Management team. Communication & Coordination · Support the Retail Managers and marketing/press departments in the planning and execution of retail events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximising client engagement · Conduct routine reviews of store rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels and proactively identify areas requiring additional support · Support the retail operations department in identifying and resolving urgent issues faced by the stores. · Act as a liaison between retail teams and head office departments (e.g., Merchandise, Marketing, VM, HR). · Ensure implementation of company quality and brand standards. · Take ownership of vendor setup for Retail and oversee invoice tracking to ensure accuracy and timely processing of store-related expenses. Customer Experience · Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores. · Support initiatives to enhance clienteling and customer engagement. --- Qualifications & Experience · Graduate calibre. · Proactive and highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise deliverables. · A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Resilient, curious, empathetic and agile. — The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
