As the Responsible Individual and Service Manager, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership across a cluster of children’s homes, ensuring exceptional care, safeguarding, and full regulatory compliance Support, coach, and appraise Registered Managers to foster a culture of high performance, professional growth, and reflective practice Lead governance and quality assurance processes to ensure services consistently deliver positive outcomes for children and young people Oversee the development and registration of new services, including recruitment and implementation of therapeutic care models Maintain oversight of Ofsted requirements and lead preparations for inspections Deliver regular performance, regulatory, and growth reports to the Board Qualifications & Experience We’re looking for a values-driven leader who can inspire and influence at all levels.
