Rattaché(e) à la division Supply Chain, vous aurez la responsabilité d’effectuer la gestion au quotidien du magasin. Qu'aimerions nous savoir de vous ? · Vous avez suivi des études supérieures en logistique · Vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans minimum, acquise dans des fonctions de management d’équipes logistiques ou de flux logistiques. · Vous avez une expérience en entreprise industrielle, avec un enjeu de production (par opposition à une plateforme de service). · Vous connaissez les outils informatiques liés à la logistique. · Vous avez un niveau d’anglais professionnel. · Vous êtes autorisé(e) à travailler en U.E. À quoi ressemblera votre journée type ? 1) Organiser les flux et gérer les stocks : · Organiser et coordonner les opérations de gestion des flux physiques (réception, entreposage, préparation de commandes, expédition) et informatiques à l’aide des outils d’exploitation. · Déterminer la bonne adéquation entre les moyens humains (équipe permanente, intérimaire) et les volumes d’activité pour garantir la profitabilité du site. · Réaliser le reporting des indicateurs de productivité et de qualité. · Piloter les activités de l'entrepôt déporté. 2) Encadrer et animer l’ensemble de l’équipe du magasin : · Management / Animation des équipes. · Participer au processus de recrutement de ses collaborateurs. · Accueillir les nouveaux arrivants (nouvel embauché, intérimaire). · Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité applicable au sein du magasin. 3) Gérer la dimension opérationnelle du magasin : · Relationnel avec les équipes Méthodes, Production, Engineering, Amélioration continue, Supply Chain (approvisionnements, ADV, planification, achats...). · Elaborer et piloter les plans d'action du service et de l'usine en lien avec le magasin. #LI-DNI Who are we?
