En tant que Responsable HSE vous pilotez la stratégie Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement de notre site industriel et faite partie du Comité de Direction. Ce rôle clé implique le management direct d’une équipe de 4 collaborateurs et la responsabilité de développer et renforcer la culture HSE auprès de l’ensemble des équipes. Vous serez le garant de la conformité réglementaire et de la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques pour assurer la sécurité des personnes et la protection de l’environnement. Vos missions seront les suivantes : Définir et piloter la politique HSE du site Encadrer l’équipe composée 4 personnes Echanger régulièrement avec le groupe S’assurer que les activités du site sont conduites dans le respect de la réglementation Gérer les relations avec les organismes de contrôle et les autorités administratives. Animer le CHSCT Participer à l’étude de nouveau projet en intégrant les aspects HSE Maintenir les certifications en place (ISO14001 et ISO45001) Piloter les indicateurs HSE Profil recherché : Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement (HSE) ou équivalent Vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience sur un site industriel Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité dans votre travail Vous avez une réelle capacité à communiquer et à faire passer des messages de manière claire et efficace Vous maîtrisez l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit Rejoignez-nous et mettez votre expertise au service d’un environnement industriel exigeant et stimulant !
