Reimagine What’s Possible Nous recherchons un Responsable Grands Comptes pour rejoindre notre équipe à Saint Quentin Fallavier (38) ou à Aubervilliers (93). Vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement d'un portefeuille de clients stratégiques dans le domaine de l’oxygénothérapie, en pilotant la relation commerciale de bout en bout. Qu’est-ce que l’oxygénothérapie ? Il s’agit de la fourniture d’oxygène médical destiné aux établissements de santé et aux patients nécessitant une assistance respiratoire. Vous serez responsable de : Développement commercial : Prospection et identification des interlocuteurs clés, promotion des solutions auprès des grands groupes, négociation et signature de nouveaux contrats. Analyse et stratégie : Évaluation des comptes existants, définition et mise en œuvre des plans d’action commerciaux. Gestion des appels d’offres : Réponse aux consultations, reconduction des contrats, optimisation des conditions tarifaires. Déploiement des contrats : Coordination avec les équipes régionales et les services internes pour assurer une mise en œuvre fluide et efficace. Vous êtes le profil attendu si vous avez : Expérience confirmée : minimum 8/10 ans dans la vente grands comptes, avec négociation auprès de directions achats et directions générales. Une expérience dans le médical serait un plus! Expertise en contrats stratégiques : gestion de dossiers à forts enjeux économiques et circuits décisionnels complexes. Compétences relationnelles : capacité à développer des réseaux et intégrer les enjeux stratégiques des business. Leadership et coordination : qualités de communicant et de chef d’orchestre pour interagir avec plusieurs pôles internes. Esprit analytique et rigueur : aptitude à combiner une vision macro des dossiers avec une exécution précise dans le détail.
