Heidelberg Materials recrute pour son activité Béton : Un/une Responsable de Zone Pour la région Est, secteur Bourgogne Poste basé à Auxerre (89), déplacements fréquents sur 89, 58, 71, 21 Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Région Est, vous serez principalement en charge de : MISSIONS Commerce : encadrer et animer les commerciaux, gérer un portefeuille clients cadres, développer et fidéliser la clientèle, suivre et analyser l’univers concurrentiel, garantir le respect des procédures administratives liées au commerce. Production : encadrer et animer les équipes de production, garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, optimiser les relations avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, participer à la gestion des litiges. Ressources Humaines : participer aux recrutements des collaborateurs du périmètre, intégrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, assurer le respect des process Groupe (entretiens annuels, évaluations), superviser les plannings, relayer les directives du Groupe. Amélioration Continue : participer à des projets transversaux, participer et animer des points de rencontre inter-services, participer aux démarches en Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement.
