To learn more, visit tereos.com Contract : Permanent Job location : Voie Communale n°2, Allemanche-Launay-et-Soyer, Marne 51260 FRA Your missions : Vos missions : Assurer la responsabilité opérationnelle d'un site de production de déshydratation Au quotidien : Superviser le fonctionnement du site : - Atteindre les objectifs de production fixés par et avec la Direction - Organiser et planifier l’approvisionnement, la production journalière et le stockage de l’usine - Proposer et mettre en œuvre les optimisations de fonctionnement de l’usine, du site en général, conduire les études nécessaires - Proposer et valider des optimisations de la production - Lister les investissements et leur rentabilité, proposer les dossiers à la Direction - Superviser les travaux confiés en respectant les engagements (financier & timing) - Entretenir un relationnel avec les adhérents Superviser l’entretien et la maintenance : - Elaborer un plan d’entretien en collaboration avec l’équipe, proposer des améliorations de fonctionnement - Construire et respecter les budgets - Sélectionner les prestataires et veiller à la rentabilité économique des interventions - Négocier avec les fournisseurs, se tenir au courant des nouveautés - Assurer la gestion optimisée de la maintenance de son site Assurer le management direct des équipes du site (12 personnes) Your profile : Votre profil : Formation supérieure management ou production / maintenance Expérience de plus de 5 ans sur des fonctions de managers dans l'industrie Rigueur, Esprit d'initiative Reasons to join us : Joining Tereos means giving yourself the opportunity to develop within a cooperative Group that is a leader in its markets.
