Vous pilotez l’équipe des commerciaux terrains consommables pour en garantir la performance, la montée en compétences et l’alignement avec la stratégie globale. En lien étroit avec les équipes Service Client, Commercial Équipements et Technique, vous contribuez à offrir une solution full service optimale à nos clients. Vos responsabilités Manager & fédérer une équipe de commerciaux terrain : encadrement, objectifs, performance, formation et animation au quotidien. Déployer la stratégie nationale sur le terrain : plans d’action, promotion des marques propres, digitalisation et optimisation achats. Assurer la transversalité avec les services internes (Service Client, Équipements, Technique) pour proposer une offre globale cohérente. Développer la relation client : positionner les commerciaux comme interlocuteurs privilégiés et garantir fidélisation & satisfaction. Piloter la performance via reporting, indicateurs clés et amélioration continue des méthodes commerciales. Profil recherché Expérience en management commercial terrain. Excellente compréhension des enjeux business et relation client. Leadership fédérateur, esprit stratégique et orientation résultats.
