Responsabilités: Basé à Paris 16, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Contrôle de gestion, vous aurez 2 missions principales : 1. Vous réaliserez les clôtures mensuelles en comptabilité française, à J+4 , pour les 5 sociétés du Groupe Pharmavance Avec le support des services comptabilité et fiscalité du Groupe Alliance Healthcare France, vous mettrez en place les procédures visant à fiabiliser et améliorer la qualité du reporting mensuel, à automatiser certaines tâches de clôture, à coordonner la remontée d’informations et à internaliser certains travaux aujourd’hui confiés à un cabinet comptable: Valorisation des stocks Internalisation des déclarations de TVA Intégration de la paie en comptabilité Normalisation des données tiers (fournisseurs et clients – travail de réconciliation) Automatisation des échéances de règlement Upgrade de l’outil comptable Odoo 2. Dans une deuxième phase, vous aiderez les opérationnels à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers en contribuant à donner plus de visibilité sur l’analytique. .
