Reporting to the Operational Capability Programme Manager, you’ll develop and deliver strategies to ensure the right people, training, and governance are in place for safe and reliable operation. What would be expected of you: Develop strategies for organisational growth and capability developmentLead the creation of a high-performing team to deliver resource and capability objectivesDrive training governance and succession planning across Pre-OperationsPartner with stakeholders across SZC, EDF Nuclear Operations, and the Nuclear Skills AllianceRepresent operational requirements within the wider SZC project and with regulatorsOversee budgets, schedules, and KPIs for resource and capability milestones Our ideal candidate will bring… 3-5 years experience in this role or a similar role, ideally within a large project/complex environmentExperience building and growing large teams in complex, fast paced environmentsStrong background in organisational development and change managementAbility to influence and challenge stakeholders effectivelyExcellent project management skills, including budgeting and planningResilient, confident, and collaborative with exceptional communication skillsDesirable but not essential: Knowledge of nuclear operational training and capability requirements Why Join Us?
