The role The primary role objective of the Resident Service & Leasing Associate is to provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents, including a focus on renting apartments and retaining residents. What will you do? Conduct leasing tours with prospective residents. Follow-up on results Using Company approved material and procedures quote prices and lease terms Explain services. Accept applications for residency. All activities shall be conducted within regulatory and legislative requirement Answer phones using a strong and professional greeting approved at the community.
