RESELLER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER NATIONAL -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reports to:               Sales Management Director Department:             Sales Management Location:                  National   ROLE PURPOSE: * To identify and set up resellers in recognised geographical locations as suitable additions to the Midtech sales channel. * Responsible for a plan to take the Midtech product offering to the target market developing an additional 5% market share. * To develop and maintain a strong proposition that rewards both the reseller and Jungheinrich.   ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES   * Distributor Relationship Management * Sales and Distribution Strategy * Performance Management * Training and Development * Promotional Activities * Market Analysis * Inventory Management * Compliance * Reporting and Analysis   PERSON SPECIFICATION:   Essential qualifications/ skills: * Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of MHE products, applications, applicable market segments and Projects solutions. * Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities. * Sales experience with reseller/dealer operations * Self-motivated with target and objective focus. * Ability to handle conflicting requirements and meet deadlines. * Professional communication and presentation skills. * Good negotiation and influencing skills. * Structured in planning and organization. * Able to succeed and operate independently. * Contribute to team environment. * Willingness and ability to travel Nationwide.
