Work Location: Department of Entomology, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana Position Description: The individual will be expected to perform a variety of duties as a Research Associate in the Department of Entomology. These duties include supervision of undergraduate student employees; conducting field surveys of bumble bee communities throughout the Northeast and Midwest; and digitizing research data. Current projects would require the successful applicant to cooperate with various personnel from USDA-ARS and The Ohio State University. Qualification Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in entomology or another related field. Preference will be given to applicants with a degree in entomology.
