Repair Supervisor – Heathrow Support We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Repair Supervisor to support our operations at Heathrow. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end repair process managing everything from raising quotes and coordinating works to ensuring customers are fully satisfied before handing projects over to the delivery team. You’ll spend 3–4 days a week in the office, collaborating closely with clients, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. A driving licence is preferred but not essential. What you’ll do: Manage repair requests from initial quote through to handover Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Ensure excellent communication across all stakeholders Maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow Support the delivery team with clear, accurate project information What you’ll bring: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude We offer a range of fantastic benefits including: Benefits: Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
