As Team Lead of Support Services, this professional will lead the client support team and ensure customer concerns and timelines are properly managed. A successful Team Lead of Support Services will thrive in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly. What your impact will be: Provide leadership, direction, and vision to the Support Services team. Serve as the first stop for any support-related questions from the team. Accountable for the team's delivery of timely and accurate solutions to customers, including onboarding and training. Develop, implement, and continuously improve process documentation for the support team. Assist in troubleshooting support and implementation issues when appropriate. What we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in a customer support role. Proven experience training new members of the Support Services team. Experience responding to a high volume of support tickets to resolve immediate customer issues. Experience gathering important customer feedback. Ability to travel when required to client site.
