Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk to type information into our database from paper and/or electronic documents. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, office environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities

- Enter variety of data using current technology.

- Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities.

- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.

- Review and enter data updates in the systems.

- Review discrepancies in data received.

- Advise supervisor of issues related to data.
Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications

- Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills.

- Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized.

- Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required.

- Previous experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required.

- Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for serving our applicants, clients, and caregivers.

- Requires interaction with a diverse population.

- Longevity in employment history a must.

- Must be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently.

- Ability to multi-task on several projects and tasks.

- Flexible.
Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm, plus required overtime as needed.
