We are currently seeking Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care in accordance with client care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document client health status and progress. Support clients with personal care needs while promoting independence and dignity. Communicate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams. Respond promptly to changes in client condition and escalate as required. Qualifications Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Current CPR/First Aid certification. Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings (preferred). Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
